Demi Lovato Food & Fitness: 'Let It Go' Singer Says Personal Trainer Has Helped Her Become 'Happier and Healthier'
Demi Lovato insists she has "never been happier and healthier" and much of the credit for that goes to a man other than boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
The 22-year-old recently took to Instagram, where she posted a photo of herself and trainer Ronny Camacho, while also graciously applauding him for all he's inspired her to become.
According to Hello Magazine, Lovato's battle with an eating disorder has been well documented. But much of that has changed since she met and started working with Camacho.
"For the past eight months this man has helped me beat my hardest critic: myself," she posted. "He was as determined as I was and has been a huge part of my recovery ever since. I've never been happier and healthier and I credit so much of that to this man and his beautiful wife."
The "Let it Go" singer also effusively thanked Ronny and Elise Camacho for everything, from cooking her meals to helping her transform both "her body and her mind."
Camacho also appears to have a working relationship with Valderrama. The former "That '70s Show" star recently posted a picture on his instagram page of the two in the gym and working out.
As Lovato has worked to improve herself, her bond with Valderrama has only seemed to grow stronger.
Last month, she again took to Instagram to talk about Valderrama. She thanked him for everything he has done, and for being a part of both her good and bad moments.
"I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for this man right here. But my love has grown to a level that words could never possibly express how much this man completes me. He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day marking my 3rd year sober... After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery... he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is. I really wouldn't be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer."
