Former "Grey's Anatomy" actor Isaiah Washington recently spoke to HuffPost Live about Hillary Clinton's announcement that she is running for President in 2016.

When asked who should be Clinton's running mate in the upcoming presidential election, Washington named Michelle Obama.

"I think it would be interesting if Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton ran on the same ticket. That's what I would like to see," Washington said, though he received a lackluster response from the HuffPost Live crowd.

Clinton announced her decision to run for President on Sunday, April 12, via a Youtube video titled "Getting Started." The video's caption assured viewers of Hilary plans to be a champion for Americans. "Hillary's running for president because everyday Americans need a champion -- and she wants to be that champion," the caption read. Following Clinton's video announcement, social media users tweeted their support of her candidacy.

Isaiah Washington's comments about Michelle Obama running for Vice President comes on the heels of his controversial advice for Chris Rock. For several weeks, Rock has posted photos of himself being pulled over by police with an apparent frustrated demeanor over the injustice he's experienced.

On March 31, when Rock posted yet another photo of himself getting pulled over, Washington advised Rock to adapt to racial profiling and get a cheaper car like he did.

Washington revealed on Twitter that he sold his $90,000 Mercedes and bought three Prius' instead so that he would not get racially profiled.

Social media users immediately slammed the actor for advising African-Americans to appease police and adapt to racial profiling. Check out some of their tweets below.
