Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Relationship News Update 2015: Estranged Couple's Divorce to Be Dismissed Soon?
Khloé Kardashian's divorce proceedings against Lamar Odom could be dismissed soon.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star filed for divorce from the former NBA player over alleged infidelity and substance abuse in October 2013. But her estranged husband supposedly never filed a response.
According to RadarOnline, Kardashian already received a notice of case reviews default from Judge Scott Gordon saying that the petition could be dismissed if the couple fails to take any further action. Also, documents filed as recently as April 9 indicate that if neither party completes necessary paperwork for the proceedings to move forward, the case will be immediately dropped.
It might be quite difficult for the reality star to make a final decision on divorce, as she recently admitted that the athlete is still on her mind.
"I will never ever not love Lamar," she told E! News. "I was so obsessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."
"There's nothing I can do," she added. "Lamar has to do things in order to change in that aspect, but yeah, if I had my way I'd be married to Lamar in two seconds."
In addition, In Touch reported earlier this month that Odom is still struggling with his drug addiction. He is allegedly on a new drug, following his DUI arrest just 19 months ago.
"He has been doing an old-school drug called sherm, which is taking a joint and dipping it in liquid PCP," an insider alleged. "It's really dangerous and can make you violent."
The insider also claimed that Kardashian is worried about what could really happen to Odom if he continues to take sherm.
"Lamar's friends and family and Khloé are all pushing him to get into rehab," the insider claimed, adding that so far, the athlete has refused to take their advice and continues to party. "Lamar needs serious, serious help."
