Christina Milian and fitness guru Lexy Panterra have teamed to launch a mobile app for twerking.

Known as the "LexTwerkOut" app, the creation derives from Panterra's fitness regimen and L.A. based traing classes. For the program, she uses an assortment of dance routines and moves, most commonly twerking.

According to Coca Fab, the routines have caught on like wildfire out west, with Panterra's celebrity client list now counting the likes of Karrueche Tran, Tameka "Tiny" Harris and Mel B. The routine has also been prominently mentioned on such TV talk shows as "E News" and "The Real."

"I want to provide an exclusive, modern, sexy, and fun workout that's just as efficient as traditional cardio and squatting," Panterra said. "It's not about your weight but how you're built, and LexTwerkOut is designed to not only help you reach physical results, but also give you a boost of confidence and make you feel sexy. When you come and twerkout with me you will feel as if you were home dancing with your girls."

The app is designed for iPhone Android and Google play users and sells for $1.99. It also allows users to take "virtual classes" wherever they are and comes with a number of step-step instructions, full routines and photos.

With rumors circulating of a breakup with rap star boyfriend Lil Wayne, these days Milian may have time for an added workout or two.

According to the IB Times, Wayne recently hinted that he's again single and "looking for someone new." The website adds the The Young Money star recently tweeted, "I need a ride or die," before quickly deleting the post from his page.

The post was thought to be Wayne's way of expressing he feels he needs a woman willing to stand with him through all the drama he typically finds himself at the center of.
