Five Nights at Freddy’s Gets a Minecraft Makeover
The popular inde horror game "Five Nights at Freddy's" has spawned two sequels and was recently picked up by Warner Bros. Pictures for a feature-length film. Now, there is a spooky "Minecraft" mini game of "Five Nights at Freddy's," in which players enter a scary building filled with pure evil to battle to the death with lucky blocks.
The rules are simple in the "Five Nights at Freddy's" Hunger Games:
- One Minute before you can attack
- Death from blocks does not count
- No Enchanted Golden Apples or Lucky Potions
- Seven Minutes = Death Match
Using a majority of the new "Minecraft 1.8" command features, as well as a combination of animated Armor Stands, you have a functional recreation of the terrifying experience of playing "Five Night's at Freddy's." The map is crucial in game play and it has a resource pack included in the download.
The map may contain sudden and scary images and loud noises.
To play, download the "Minecraft: Lucky Block Mod" and the "Five Nights at Freddy's Multiplayer Map 1.8."
Steam user Maximum Player created a video showing what might happen if a "Five Nights at Freddy's" player suddenly had "Minecraft" powers. Plunging a pick axe into everything that moves followed by building a double-wall, triple-wall and infinity-wall over every possible entrance seems to be the best course of action.
Players could also build a fortress with plenty of walls over every door, just to be safe.
The original "Five Nights at Freddy's" game now has three installments available for PC users and mobile users. It is a point-and-click game created by Scott Cawthon in which a single-player takes on the role of a night security guard at a children's pizza restaurant where unpredictable, murderous animatronics roam in search of their next victim.
Players survive five nights at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza by monitoring the animatronics movements using security cameras and using tricks.
