Dylan Sprouse joins the list of celebrity nude scandals. Multiple photos of the former Suite Life star nude in a bathroom went public on Tumblr Sunday. But the young star is not making up any excuses and owns up to the racy photos.

Dylan Sprouse, best known as Zach in the Disney Channel show The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, took to twitter after two selfies showed the famous twin like we never had seen him before. "Whoops, guess I'm not 14 and fat anymore" said the NYU student and assistant video game designer. "I messed up...but I'd be a fool not to own up to it. Got to move past it I suppose". His twin brother Cole who is Dylan's co-star on "The Suite Life" tweeted "Cold in that bathroom, huh?" poking fun at his bro's -- ahem -- situation. Dylan tweeted back, "Love you too".

Later, Sprouse decided to further explain the incident through a message on his Tumblr page reading:

"First off, I will state that the reason I'm making light of the situation is because I don't think what I did was wrong. To be blunt, I was proud of my progress in the gym, thought I looked hot, and wanted to share it," he wrote. "There is an odd taboo with the human form (especially in the USA) and I don't particularly think it's a good thing to teach people that you should 'hide yourself' as something incredibly sacred. Blah blah blah, that's a medieval notion."

Sprouse also added that there was a lesson to be learned: "The real problem here was not me sending my pictures to someone, but rather, sending them to the WRONG someone. The real travesty is a misplaced trust, and while I am certainly to blame for it, it is a shame that my private life was somehow forcibly dragged into the public's perception of me."

The young star, who also starred in Adam Sandler's Big Daddy, handled this situation very well. Unfortunately technology comes with its risks and fame comes with its price. This certain someone obviously just wanted to make a quick buck, or just simply be a jerk. At least you are proud of your progress at the gym, right, Dylan?
