Sources close to Big Sean told TMZ on Thursday that the rapper broke it off with Ariana Grande because she was financially irresponsible and "immature."

Friends of Grande have now reportedly fired back -- claiming it was she who ended the romance, reports TMZ.

Sources told TMZ that the last straw for Grande was when Sean dropped his track, "Stay Down," in which he raps: "I ain't even gonna lie, I got a million dollar chick / With a billion dollar p*ssy / Every time I c*m, I swear to God I feel like I be rich."

TMZ was told that the 21-year-old "Love Me Harder" songbird felt humiliated because Sean was referring to her like she was a piece of meat. Reportedly, Grande's grandmother asked her about the lyrics, which was embarrassing.

While Sean, 27, claims that she made him charter jets to visit her and pay for extravagances, Grande's sources say that she was the one who paid for most things, including vacations and private flights.

As for Sean calling her selfish for missing his February House of Blues performance, sources say that Grande was scheduled to perform live at the Grammy's on Sunday and during rehearsal on Saturday she strained her voice -- doctors told her to rest her voice before the big performance. Sean reportedly got angry.

Sources close to Sean say the rapper claims that while he was still with Grande, she used Justin Bieber to hurt him during a recent sexy stage performance. Grande reportedly denies doing so. She says Sean never mentioned it to her, according to TMZ.

The couple announced they were ending their eight-month romance earlier this month.

Currently, the rapper is on tour in the U.S. as the pop star beauty is preparing to start the second leg of her May Honeymoon Tour in Paris.
