Recently, it was advised not to jailbreak iOS 8.3 because Apple could easily release a patch making the jailbreak useless. That is still the advice that jailbreak developers are giving, but jailbreak fans can still enjoy some of the earlier jailbreak tweaks.

Let's take a look at some tweaks available for iOS 8.0-8.1.2.

AnyDrop is a tweak that allows any file to be shared via AirDrop. Certain files are prohibited from being shared on AirDrop for various reasons, but AnyDrop gets around these restrictions. That means users will be able to freely AirDrop any file with their friends. Users will even be able to share YouTube files. AnyDrop is available from the Cydia Store for $2.49.

The ReachApp allows users to interact with two apps at once. Users will be able to perform two tasks at once by using the split-screen multitasking feature. ReachApp is available through Cydia at elijahandandrew.com/repo/

Instead of holding down the home button to bring up Siri, the UntetheredHeySiri tweak will allow users to simply say "Hey Siri" and then ask a question or tell Siri to do something. Once the tweak is installed, users can choose when Hey Siri will work, either while charging only or always.

Some Apple iOS users might be attracted to the new Android L's lock screen animation. With CheeseCake, they can keep their iOS device and have it run the Android L lock screen animation. CheesCake is a free tweak and available from the BigBoss repo.

Facebook++ allows users to get around some of the restrictions that the Facebook app has installed. The tweak makes the Facebook app fully customizable. Users will be able to copy videos to the clipboard, disable read receipts and typing records, go into stealth mode, use the in-app messenger and more. The Facebook++ tweak is free and available from the BigBoss repo.
