Beyonce & Jay Z Hot New Joint Album Release 2015: Upcoming LP Reportedly Almost Done; How Will 'Drunk in Love' Couple Drop It? [Watch]
Beyoncé and Jay Z are reportedly almost done with their long awaited joint album, and Tidal might make the release much more interesting.
During his TV show SKEE Live's popular segment "The Red Pill," DJ Skee recently revealed the hip-hop power couple's upcoming record is "finally nearing completion" and will be released exclusively on the Brooklyn emcee's recently launched music streaming service.
The Los Angeles-based personality was actually the first one to announce the album news on-air via his Dash Radio last year.
"The biggest couple in music, maybe entertainment, maybe the world, they're working on an album together. You know who I'm talking about -- Jay Z and Beyoncé," he said. "I have confirmed and talked with a couple sources."
Karli Henriquez, vice president of pop programming at Dash Radio, also confirmed to E! News that the R&B diva and the "Magna Carta Holy Grail" rapper are indeed joining forces to create a "huge" new LP.
And producer Detail, who contributed to the duo's 2013 hit "Drunk in Love," hinted that their latest project could drop before the end of the year, during his red carpet appearance at the Grammy Awards in February.
"I'm working with a couple of new projects that I don't want to unveil, and then me and Beyoncé and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year," he admitted to Billboard. "When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think 'album.' You should already know."
When asked if the married pair's highly anticipated forthcoming full-length record was going to arrive in 2015, Detail replied coyly.
"In my imaginary mind, I will work to say it's true," he said.
