Lamar Odom has been tied to Lara Manoukian, his on-again, off-again girlfriend, but there have been whispers that it is not over with his estranged wife, Khloé Kardashian. 

The former NBA player is said to have rekindled his relationship with Manoukian, whom he reportedly dated on and off for seven years.

HollywoodLife.com recently reported that Odom is tired of trying to win Kardashian back and has given up on their marriage. A source claimed that he realized he previously "had a good thing" with Manoukian, who has been a positive influence on his life.

Another source told HollywoodLife.com that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was distraught and heartbroken to the point that she wanted to "wring his neck" and could not sleep, after "hearing that he's also doing better than ever living a good clean life while with this woman is even harder to deal with."

However, Odom is reportedly willing to break up with Manoukian "instantly" and "without hesitation" to save his marriage with Kardashian.

"Lara is to him what French [Montana] is to Khloé -- someone that will always be number two!" an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com. "She's his good time girl. He's not mentally connected to her the way he is to Khloé."

However, the estranged couple's reconciliation is still in question, as they are "not ready to divorce" at the moment because they do not want to end their marriage completely, according to TMZ.

Kardashian and Odom are "secretly talking," although they are "not romantic and are not talking reconciliation."

A source claimed the athlete feels betrayed by his legal wife and is unwilling to make a "grand gesture." Meanwhile, the reality star does not want to hurt the former by finalizing the divorce.
