Kanye West Hot New 'So Help Me God' Album Release 2015: Yeezy Set to Collaborate with Ex-Enemy Taylor Swift [Watch]
While fans are anxiously awaiting Kanye West's seventh studio album, titled "So Help Me God," his former enemy Taylor Swift has recently confirmed their upcoming collaboration.
The Chicago emcee is certainly putting the infamous 2009 MTV Video Music Awards drama behind them, as he previously teased new music with the Nashville singer.
"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio, and we're definitely going to go in," he said during a February interview with Ryan Seacrest, who then took to his Twitter account to announce the exciting news.
"You heard it here first: @kanyewest and @taylorswift13 are going into the studio together!" Seacrest tweeted.
Swift revealed to Entertainment Tonight on April 29 she is planning to team up with West in the future.
Although she has yet to hit the studio with the "Yeezus" rapper, the "Blank Space" singer praised West for having so many ideas.
"He's one of those that's just like idea, idea, idea. He's very creative and ... I think we've talked about it but we've also talked about so many other things," she explained.
Swift continued to talk positively of West, saying that she also highly respects him.
But it doesn't seem the collaboration is happening anytime soon. Before anything happens, the two will have to do a lot of planning.
It is not known if the duo's collaboration will end up in West's highly anticipated record or not, but Swift is not working on her next album yet. Therefore, their song will be coming sooner or much later.
Meanwhile, Yeezy has recently hit the studio with his No. 1 fan and fellow Chicago artist Chance the Rapper after meeting each other for the first time at Jay Z's Made In America Festival last September.
Chance took to his Instagram account on April 29 to share a blurry photo of himself and West, teasing their forthcoming project.
"When I dream of Heaven I don't see sharp edges," he captioned the image.
