'Stalker' Season 2 News & Rumors: Show Might be Canceled
If you are a fan of the Dylan McDermott-staring police show “Stalker,” you might want to start emailing CBS and letting the network know about your love for the show, as there are rumors that the series will not make it another season.
Despite a decent viewership, according to Game & Guide, the season finale might be the last time you get to watch Maggie Q running down dudes who don’t know when they have crossed personal lines.
In Episode 20, titled "Love Kills," a search for a serial killer will lead the cops to some shocking news.
According to Spoilers Guide, Beth (Maggie Q), Jack (Dylan McDermott), and Vicky (Mira Sorvino), along with the rest of the Threat Assessment Unit team will go on the search for a serial killer, and Vicky will come to discover some upsetting information regarding her ex-husband.
Perhaps if the show actually does get cancelled its stars – Dylan McDermott, 53, and Maggie Q, 35 – can finally tie the knot.
The two actors fell hard for each other on set, and have been engaged since January. They have not, however, set a wedding date.
People Magazine caught up the couple at the New York City premiere of "Insurgent" back in April.
When People asked if Q and her fiancé had settled on the right time to get married, the actress said, "We're fishing! We're fishing for dates,"
Apparently their hectic careers were to blame for the delay.
Q said, "So, yeah, [it's] because of work and ... because you gotta balance everything."
Both actors have hooked up with fellow thespians in the past, as McDermott was previously married to actress Shiva Rose, and Q had been linked to Daniel Wu, her co-star in "Naked Weapon."
Episode 19 of the first season of “Stalker” airs on May 11 and the finale airs on May 18 on CBS.
