After a big plot twist changed everyone's fate in the last episode of ABC's "Once Upon a Time," fans are waiting to see how the story unfolds in the season finale.

According to HollywoodLife, the May 3 episode had Regina, who is played by Lana Parrilla, realize something about living happily ever after. Cora came back in the form of flashbacks. Meanwhile, Maleficent and Lily connected with Rumple.

The Author also completely changed everything.

In Season 4's Episode 21, Regina drank a potion that would ensure that she never has children, though she loves Henry, TV Fanatic reports.

When they were back in the present, Regina and Robin had a serious conversation after he moved on with his wife because he thought he had to. In the episode, Robin revealed that he is concerned about how Roland would feel about his mother actually being dead.

Regina understood how Robin felt about his son and offered to cast a spell that would erase memory of Marian coming back.

Then, Maleficent had the chance to meet her daughter Lily after waiting for decades. Lily turned into a dragon and finally listened to her mother.

Emma and Hook shared a special moment together as they watched the horizon. Hook was able to persuade her to stop holding a grudge and just forgive her parents.

Now the villains are becoming the heroes and the heroes are becoming the villains. Will Rumple really get his way?
