Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are rumored to be planning an "extravagant" bash to mark their one-year anniversary that could include vow renewals.

With the couple's love for Paris, the place where they were married, well known, an Us Weekly source claims West has rented out the Eiffel Tower for their May 24 anniversary night.

Such extravagance would be in keeping with the way the "Jesus Walks" rapper has traditionally done things. He previously rented out San Francisco's AT&T Park and had a live orchestra playing when he formally proposed to the reality TV star.

HollywoodLife adds the couple also remains focused on giving their daughter, little North, a sibling. To that end, Kardashian is rumored to have already started taking in vitro fertilization treatments.

"One reason she wants to have a second baby -- along with all the amazing stuff that comes with being a mother -- is that so she can let go of her weight issues for a few months," a source told the website.

During a recent airing of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" show, 34-year-old Kardashian admitted she sometimes feels insecure about her weight and now rarely leaves home without wearing Spanx.

"Spanx is Kim's second religion," added the source. "She wears them as if they are her job. She hasn't lost all the weight she wants and it is a daily struggle for her. She eats right as much as she can, she works out a lot as well, but it's not easy."

West, 37, and Kardashian were married at Florence's Forte di Belvedere in an outside ceremony during which Andrea Bocelli sang as the bride walked down the aisle.
