Raven Symone says she does not like the idea of putting Harriet Tubman's face on the $20 bill.

The View looked at an unofficial poll asking Americans which face they would like to see on the $20 bill. Harriet Tubman has made the top of the list but Raven says she rather see Rosa Parks on U.S. currency because she is a part of the progress Black Americans are still facing today.

In the video clip posted to E! Online, Raven expressed her opinion about why she thought the former slave's portrait should not be on the $20 bill.

"No offense to everyone that's going to be mad at me for saying this, I don't like that idea [of Harriet Tubman on the $20]," she said. "I think we need to move a little bit forward. Let me just preface that I understand the history, I get it, trust me, I was taught, I'm in that culture..."

"Me personally, I would have chosen Rosa Parks," Raven added. "I would have chosen someone that is closer to the progression that we're doing now. And I know you have to understand history so that you don't repeat it, but that doesn't really happen in our world, because we still repeat history of hating other cultures over and over again. So I would choose a different one, no offense."

Some participants agreed with Raven while others disagreed, stating that Tubman was a strong woman and made a big difference in history. All participants agreed that either way there should be a woman's face on U.S. currency.

The Women on 20s campaign was launched in order to replace Andrew Jackson's face by the year 2020 which will mark the 100th year since women gained the legal right to vote.
