Kim Kardashian has forbidden husband Kanye West from wearing leather pants in hopes it might help the couple in conceiving their second child.

HollywoodLife reports, "The pair is doing everything they can to make it happen," and now Kardashian appears to be going to even greater extremes. The 34-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has also outlawed purported sperm killers, like hot tubs, hot baths and saunas, from her husband's regular activities.

"Kim is not pregnant yet," a source told HollywoodLife. "She and Kanye are doing everything humanly possible to make it happen, but so far they have had no luck."

Other extreme steps have included slowing down on alcohol consumption and taking plenty of vitamin C and D supplements along with zinc, folic acid and calcium.

With the help of IVF treatments, the couple was already expecting to soon add a sibling for young daughter North, but now it appears they are still just in the preliminary stages.

The source added even after Kardashian switched all her beauty products to the "all natural" variety their struggles have continued.

Life & Style magazine recently reported after nearly a year of trying, Kardashian had grown so weary of all the disappointment the couple had put their baby-making plans on hold.

"Kim gets caught up in moments of depression," a source told the magazine. "When she does, Kanye's always right there to comfort her and tell her that it's all right."

Reports are West has assured his wife that they will be adding to their family, and all the particulars and details will be answered over a matter of time.
