The pains keep on coming for jailed "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice.

Radar reports Giudice is now being treated behind bars for a shoulder injury she sustained while working at the Danbury Federal Corrections Institute. The website adds Giudice is scheduled to undergo an "MRI, X-Rays and all kinds of tests" for the injury.

Giudice has been jailed since around the New Year on tax-related charges and is slated to serve 15 months. Her husband, Joe, was also convicted of similar charges and sentenced to nearly four years that he will began serving once she is released.

Soon after she was incarcerated, rumors of Joe Giudice's wondering eye began to surface. Several media outlets have reported he is now rumored to be dating Breathless Gentlemen's Club strip club bartender Samary Graulau, and the two's dealings have attracted the attention of prosecutors looking into if somehow he may have violated the terms of his plea deal agreement.

"For Joe to be going to strip clubs while out on bail, and not paying back any of the creditors in the bankruptcy fraud case says a lot about about the lack of responsibility he has towards the matter," a source told the website.

Graulau is reported to be 15-years younger than Joe Giudice and a regular player on the Manhattan and New Jersey nightlight scene.

As for Teresa and her ailing shoulder, a source added, "It was hurting her before she went in to prison, but she hurt it even more. Her injury is due to wear and tear from her working out."

Injury or not, sources add Giudice does not appear to be garnering much sympathy from prison guards or workers.

"They will not give her extra padding for her bed to make her more comfortable," said the source. "They won't even give her an extra pillow to put under her shoulder to give her relief."
