Lamar Odom decided to let out some steam and party it up a little in West Hollywood. With his divorce from wife Khloé Kardashian and the suspense of whether or not he will be picked up by a basketball team any time soon... the man is stressed. And we can surely see it in this picture.

Though Lamar has recently been seen out and about and looking pretty good, that wasn't the case a couple of days ago. A tired, stressed and unhappy Lamar was pictured leaving Weho's Hooray Henry's after a night of partying. What better way to let go of all of your worries than to drink? That actually gets you thinking way more about your problems than anything else.

What Lamar needs right now is to focus on his recovery and himself. Lammy... you should stay away from those "party favors" that are the cause of your "breakdown". How about a nice vacation on a secluded island of some sort, eh? You can't expect the man to be on the court training 24/7, but going out to bars just cannot be the answer.

While Lamar parties his sorrows away, Khloé Kardashian is spending lots of time with her family, at the gym and just being fabulous. Maybe Odom should do the same. His kids could use a visit from their dad in New York and I hear NYC has pretty good spas. How about that for a method of relaxation?

Bottom line is, Lamar, we really, really want to like you again. We want to know that you are sorry for what you did to Khloé and we want to see back on a basketball team. So stop partying and looking majorly defeated. Go and get involved in some productive activities like Khloé is doing.
