Karrueche Tran reportedly has no intention of being a stepmom to on-again, off-again boyfriend Chris Brown's baby daughter Royalty.

According to a recent report, Tran got Brown's child "the cutest little Vietnamese natural agarwood elastic string bracelet" for her upcoming first birthday (May 27), knowing that she shares the same birth month as her.

"Karrueche got one on her first birthday too," a source told HollywoodLife. "It brings luck and good health."

Although she is finally trying to bond with the 11-month-old, the model supposedly wants nothing to do with mothering her, since she "doesn't want any problems" with her mother Nia Guzman-Amey.

"If she were to get back with Chris, she'd feel she'd be walking on eggshells," an insider told HollywoodLife, adding that the R&B star is asking too much of his lover. "This is a giant mess altogether, and she's not so sure she's up for this.

"She doesn't want her to feel like she's trying to come in and be her baby's mother," the insider continued. "She can see Nia not wanting her to be around Royalty in fear that she may become attached to Kae. She can even hear arguments between her and Chris over how to raise her."

However, the insider added Tran thinks Royalty is adorable and resembles Brown a lot, although she is still upset her boyfriend has a child to whom she did not give birth.

Meanwhile, the "New Flame" singer's mother Joyce Hawkins is supposedly the one who introduced the model to the baby girl during their recent FaceTime catch-up.

"Joyce wanted Kae to see Royalty's beauty for herself," a source told the publication.

Meeting Royalty face-to-face for the first time, Tran "started crying and confided in Joyce, telling her that she had always wanted a baby by Chris," the source added.
