Bruce Jenner's admission to his family concerning his transition to becoming a woman was recently shown in a "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" episode titled "About Bruce." In the special, he revealed his plans to shave down some parts of his facial structure as part of his gender transition process, and when he is planning to make the complete transition.

He admitted to undergoing a nose job and a certain surgery that lifted his eyelids. Pretty soon, he will reportedly get his forehead and jaw shaved so that he will look even more woman-like. As seen in the episode, the Kardashian/Jenner sisters were clearly surprised with this revelation, but they were glad that their father figure was finally opening up to them.

The former Olympian had purposely gathered all of his daughters and stepdaughters so he could have an emotional tell-all conversation with them with regards to the changes that he is going through.

“It is like dealing with a death in the family,” he said, according to Hollywood Life. “Someday, you are going to get over it.”

Bruce may have been a bit too harsh when he flat-out told Khloe Kardashian that the only feelings that truly mattered to him were the feelings of his biological daughters -- Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

“Well, hers and Kylie’s are really the ones that I am concerned about,” he said, according to a separate report from Hollywood Life.

Khloe might have been hurt by the statement, but opted not to rant about it. She opened up instead that her emotions were “just as important as Kendall’s or Kylie’s."

“I have known Bruce longer than Kendall and Kylie have -- if you want to put it out there,” she said. “Yes, we are not blood. But, I do not know -- he is still my dad.”

The Kardashian/Jenner patriarch has made it clear that he is tired of having to lie and hide who he truly is, which is why he is slowly coming out with everything that he had planned to complete his sex change process. He has just revealed that he will not only be having cosmetic surgeries, but he will also be making the full transition soon.

When Kim Kardashian asked him when, he only answered, “Probably in the spring.” He did not divulge further details about his plans, but he has clearly been thinking about the surgery with the notion that it is the only way that he will feel like a true, complete woman.
