Robin Thicke's New Pup Is Sick Because of Marijuana, Singer's Girlfriend Reportedly Says It's Not Her Fault
Robin Thicke's new terrier mix pup found her way into his secret marijuana stash, and he has one sick pooch to prove it.
TMZ reports Thicke and 20-year-old girlfriend April Love Geary recently paid $350 for the dog, and trouble seemed to start as soon as the couple got her home.
Geary later told the website a day after their purchase, Bincy made her discovery. Within hours, they had taken the pet to the vet, but just three days later found themselves in need of a return visit, this time after the animal began suffering the effects of a contact high.
"It's not me!!!" Starcasm reported Geary later responded on her private Twitter account, which was accessed by TMZ, to criticisms of their care for the pup lodged by friends. "Some falls on the ground or she sits by him smoking and just inhales it hahaha."
The least several months have resonated as a confusing time for the "Blurred Lines" singer.
After more than nine years of marriage, he and childhood sweetheart Paula Patton ended their union earlier this year. Just months later, the family of Marvin Gaye was awarded $7.3 million in a suit against Thicke and Pharrell Williams charging the "Blurred Lines" song was a ripoff of the soulful singer's 1977 hit "Got to Give It Up."
Thicke and Patton's divorce officially became legal last month and the former couple also recently announced they have reached both custody and property settlements. The two have a 4-year-old son together.
Terms of the custody settlement have been kept private, but indications are 39-year-old Patton was awarded primary custody, which is believed to also include child support payments.
Thicke, 38, is also known for such hits as "Wanna Love You Girl," "Give It 2 U" and "Get Her Back."
