Beyonce & Jay Z Second Baby News 2015: Daughter Blue Ivy to Determine When "Drunk in Love' Duo Should Have Another Child?
It seems that Blue Ivy will pretty much determine when parents Beyoncé and Jay Z should give her a younger sibling, according to the latest source.
An insider recently revealed to HollywoodLife that the hip-hop power couple had been trying to have another baby but were unable to, due to their busy schedules and parenting their 3-year-old daughter.
As a result, Bey and Hov are supposedly just letting Blue decide when they should have their second child.
"Speaking of Blue, they are kind of putting it on her," the insider claimed. "Blue hasn't asked Mommy and Daddy for a brother or sister."
The insider added the "Drunk in Love" duo is "not rushing into things," because they feel that they are "still young and can put it off for a bit."
Meanwhile, looks like the R&B diva and the Brooklyn emcee's long-rumored joint album is on the way.
In an exclusive interview with Digital Trends, Tidal Senior Executive Vania Schlogel weighed in on the speculations of the "Crazy in Love" couple's collaborative effort.
When asked about the potential record, Schlogel did not deny its existence, adding that fans and the streaming service's subscribers would not be disappointed.
"I don't think we will disappoint our fans and our subscribers," she said. "I think it's going to be really exciting, because the artists do feel like they have the ability to collaborate and work with each other. They all work as a team."
In addition, Producer Detail, who contributed to the married pair's 2013 hit "Drunk in Love," hinted that their joint project could drop before the end of the year, during his red carpet appearance at the Grammy Awards in February.
"I'm working with a couple of new projects that I don't want to unveil, and then me and Beyoncé and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year," he admitted to Billboard. "When you think of Jay and Bey together, you think 'album.' You should already know."
When asked if Beyoncé and Jay Z's forthcoming full-length LP was going to arrive in 2015, Detail replied, "In my imaginary mind, I will work to say it's true."
