Eminem MMLP2 New Album Update: View Hello Kitty Remix 'Rap God' [WATCH]
One would never imagine Hello Kitty and Marshall Mathers being used in a same sentence. Eminem's "Rap God," the most popular track off his double-platinum selling album MMLP2, was parodied by Sanrio's friendly kitty cat.
Titled as "Cat God," the viral video wittily imitates several scenes from Slim Shady's "Rap God" music visual, including the Max Headroom references and walls of televisions. The creators Taiwanese Animators describe the cute and hilarious clip as: "Hello Kitty remixes Eminem's 'Rap God' and spares no dog in the process. Don't get it twisted though, not all cats are created equal. She pays homage to the greatest cats of all time and takes a few shots at the LOLcats of today."
"A man gives you food, takes you for walks and picks up your poo," the video begins with the adorable character's rapping. "You look up with your big brown eyes and worship your master. As for me, I see someone cleaning my crap, giving me food, water and shelter, I can only conclude, they are no master. No sir. I'm the one being worshipped here."
The Hello Kitty remix talks about other rebellious cat activities such as chasing a red dot, ripping up a couch, spitting numerous disses towards dogs including the West Coast rapper Snoop Dogg, as well as shouting out to celebrity cats like the Sphinx, Cheshire Cat, Felix, Pink Panther, Tom from "Tom and Jerry," Tigger, Sylvester and the Cat in the Hat.
"Look at what these cats will do for attention," Hello Kitty raps over clips of viral LOLcats.
