No no no! Gabrielle Union is our favorite "Bring it On" cheerleader and when we found that she was engaged to basketball player Dwyane Wade, we were super happy. They had been dating for a while now and it was just right to make it official. Then we found out he knocked up another girl... Do you hear that? It's the sound of our broken hearts.

But not to worry because we may be sad but Gabrielle is just fine. Yes, the actress has decided to stick by her man as he fathers his new child, born in November. Gabrielle and Dwyane actually claim that they were on a "break" when the child was conceived.

Yet TMZ wanted to stir the pot as they compared dates from photos taken of Wade and posted on Union's social media accounts while they were on a "break." The photos prove that the couple was going steady at the time that the basketball star was... ahem... conceiving his child with that other nameless woman. But here's the thing: if Gabrielle and her big fat $1 million ring do not care, why should we?

Wade and Union spent New Years Eve together and even posted a picture online, subliminally flicking off the critics. Ms. Union made it her job to smile brightly next to her man as she hung her left arm strategically on his shoulder, flashing her rock. Dwyane captioned the picture saying, "Brought the NewYrs in with my beautiful fiancée and great friends...2013 was filled with ups and downs...without them u can't grow. So I'm better now becuz of them. 2014 I'm ready...#UnionWade."

Well folks, there it is. Wade just apologized, explained and confirmed all of his mistakes through a social media caption. Brilliant. Whether anybody likes it or not, the only thing that matters here is that these two are happy. Obviously these two talked about it, got over it, and are ready to be a happy family.
