Justin Bieber can run around with Brazilian escorts and even flirt with video girls but he will always come back home. Young love is tough, ugly and confusing but Justin and Selena are willing to love each other through all the ups and downs. Like it or not, JB's Instagram just let us know the on and off couple is back together.

As much as we wish it wasn't true, Selena Gomez canceled her world tour and decided to go home for a valid reason. Selena is rumored to have Lupus, a very serious disease, something that Justin Bieber was very well aware of. At this time, Bieber is the best support Selena can have.

Though friends and family worry about Selena's uncontrollable feelings for her misbehaved ex-boyfriend, he knows her situation. Justin has kept Selena's struggle very private and now that she is home, she needs the support of people whom she loves. The "Boyfriend" singer might just be what Selena needs right now.

After pictures of Justin and Selena riding segways around his neighborhood surfaced, we knew they were hanging out again. But on Jan. 4 Justin posted a picture on his Instagram of Selena holding him sweetly as she gazed in to his eyes. With the adorable photo he wrote the caption "Love the way you look at me."  Sexy huh?

Listen Mr. Justin Bieber, we know that you're young and this is your time to "run around" but you cannot continue to break our Selena's heart. Selena, proving to be mature beyond her years at many times, kind of let JB have his fun. But is this it for Selena? Is the couple officially back together?

At this point the "Come and Get it" singer just needs true support. Ms. Gomez seems to have a good head on her shoulders, even though Justin seems to be her weakness. Right now Selena just needs to be in peace and hopefully Justin can give her that. Don't mess with her, JB, you know she has Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift backing her up -- do you really want a song written about you right now?
