Former TLC star Mama June Shannon is threatening to sue the network if it does not completely cancel "19 Kids and Counting" amid the Josh Duggar child molestation scandal, TMZ reports.

Shannon's lawyer recently spoke to TMZ and revealed that he is giving the network an ultimatum to either reinstate Shannon's show "Here Come Honey Boo Boo" back on the network or cancel "19 Kids and Counting."

Last year in June, TLC immediately canceled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" after TMZ published photos of Shannon with convicted child molester Mark Daniel who was accused of molesting Shannon's daughter Anna Cardwell when she was 8 years old, Entertainment Tonight reports.

In Touch recently published a police report revealing that "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar molested five underage girls including his sisters beginning in 2002 and TLC merely cancelled upcoming "19 Kids" reruns until June.

InTouch Weekly has since deleted the report from its database, but TMZ says that the report included police documents detailing that Duggar "fondled the genitals and breasts of the girls, some of whom were sleeping, but sometimes they were interacting with him."

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Shannon expressed her frustration over what she perceives as TLC's lax approach with dealing with the "19 Kids" scandal.

"I feel cheated still," Shannon said about TLC cancellation of her show.

The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" matriarch also accused TLC of trying to cover up Josh Duggar's molestation scandal prior to police reports being published on InTouch.

"[TLC] knew about [Josh Duggar] since 2006 and didn't do anything. They kept filming the show, but as soon as rumors started they canceled Honey Boo Boo quick," Shannon revealed. "I think TLC kept it quiet. That happened with Anna and me. TLC covered it up."

If TLC does not completely cancel "19 Kids and Counting," Shannon says that she will be pressing charges.

"If they are not completely canceled I will be pissed, and I do have grounds for going after them, for canceling us and wrongfully firing us and not them," Shannon said.

Josh Duggar and his family have since admitted to Josh's wrongdoing and apologized to the public via a statement to People.

In the statement, Josh apologizes for his inexcusable actions and revealed that he has since gone through counseling to deal with his mistakes.

"My parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life," Josh said.

His parents added that since the scandal, they have grown closer to God and taught Josh to do the same.

Finally, Josh's wife Anna admitted that he told her about the allegations prior to them getting married, but she made the decision to stick by his side.

The Duggar family has yet to respond publicly to Shannon's threat to have their show completely cancelled.
