Dynamic singer Ke$ha has admitted to loosing her way but she vows to seek help and be back. On Friday, Jan. 3 the "Timber" singer checked into a rehabilitation center due to an eating disorder. The much thinner starlet will stay at the rehab center for the next 30 days.

"I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," Kesha told Us Weekly in a statement. "I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am." This is truly heartbreaking, but we are glad to see that the "Crazy Kids" singer is willing to be this open and real about "living what you preach."

Kesha had been looking way thinner than she did when she first hit the scene in 2005. The colorful star had claimed to be doing yoga and working out so spectators were really happy to see the star looking more "in shape." In Hollywood, skinny is better and many stars fall into the pressure of losing weight, no matter what it takes.

Unfortunately, Ke$ha hasn't been the first and will not be the last. The singer has actually checked in at Timberline Knolls rehab center, the same Illinois center where Demi Lovato received her treatment in 2010. Eating disorders are part of an epidemic not only affecting Hollywood but the girls who look up to these singers and actresses.

It is brave and admirable for Kesha to seek treatment. This is not only going to help her "love herself again" but it shows girls that it is not okay to hurt themselves in order to "be more attractive." Skinny is not better, being yourself is better. If you feel you should lose weight, go to a gym, follow a healthy diet, or even dance a little more?

The wild and party life didn't beat her so let's hope this doesn't either. Good Luck to Kesha.
