The trials and tribulations of an ongoing bitter divorce are starting to take their strain on "Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel.

In a preview of an upcoming episode obtained by RadarOnline, Frankel breaks down and tears stream down her face.

"Whatever my situation is, it's pretty f***king bad and it's my own thing," she said. "And I can't do it."

Frankel and her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, have battled incessantly since announcing they were bringing their brief union to an end. Earlier this month, RadarOnline reported a Manhattan judge ordered Frankel to pay her ex more than $100,000 for attorney fees by the beginning of next month.

The website adds she was previously ordered to make a similar payment for the same amount. In rendering his latest ruling, the judge stipulated that Hoppy "lacks sufficient funds of his own to compensate counsel without depleting his assets." Reportedly, Hoppy works as a salesman, earning roughly $100,000 per year.

In addition, several media outlets have also reported Frankel has been ordered to pay Hoppy $11, 858.42 per month in temporary maintenance beginning in May. She is also on the hook to him for $3,000 monthly child support payments for their five-year-old daughter, Bryn.

Frankel rejoined the cast of "The Real Housewives of New York" for the upcoming seventh season late last year and is expected to be the same outspoken character she always was during her earlier tenure on the program.

"I'm excited," she told People upon her announcement. "It feels like the first season when it was fresh and new and unknown."

The 43-year-old is expected to join returning cast mates Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, Kristen Taekman, LuAnn de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan.
