Being a rookie cop isn't easy, but being a rookie cop who's in a relationship with someone who is having a baby with his ex-girlfriend is even messier!

Now would you want to turn in your uniform, or just throw in the towel and just be single?

That's the question that Andy (Missy Peregrym) is facing when she hears the news that Sam's (Ben Bass') ex Marlo is expecting.

In a recent trailer, fans can see how Andy and Sam's romance gets derailed with the shocking pregnancy news.

Also in a previous trailer, Sam is seen talking with Marlo and she uttered the words, "Sam, I'm pregnant." Sam reportedly acknowledges that he is the father of the child, which left fans reeling from the dramatic shift in plans.

What else can "Rookie Blue" fans expect from the new season?

The ongoing Ted McDonald bomb plot and the unfolding of police officer Nick's relationship with his new girlfriend, Juliet, comes in the aftermath of his breakup with Andy.

Juliet, who will be played by Erin Karpluk is slated to bring plenty of drama, which will make life more challenging for the police officer.

"The exciting, didn't-see-that-coming twist: Nick's mysterious love interest Juliet is a cop, too!" according to TVLine.com. "Then there's the we-didn't-want-to-see-that-coming twist: Duncan appears to be putting the moves on newly single Chloe; Dov makes an unexpected friend, Gail is embracing the idea of motherhood with a bucket list, and a drug-free Chris is back (but hardly out of danger)."

Season 6 of ABC's hit police drama "Rookie Blue" is almost upon us (June 25) in the U.S., but up north fans are already in the know, as it has aired in Canada.

On May 21, "Rookie Blue's" Gregory Smith took to Twitter to share his excitement for the premiere in Canada, although he was in Los Angeles at the time.

"Hope everyone north of the border enjoys the Rookie Blue premier tonight. Unfortunately, I'm in LA so I won't be able to watch with you." -- @gregorythesmith

"Rookie Blue" also stars Enuka Okuma, Travis Milne, Charlotte Sullivan, Peter Mooney, Priscilla Faia, Rachael Ancheril, Eric Johnson, Matt Gordon and Melanie Nicholls-King.

"Rookie Blue" Season 6 will air on Thursday, June 25 on ABC during its 10/9c timeslot.
