FOX News has confirmed an exclusive sit-down interview with "19 Kids and Counting" parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar whose son Josh Duggar was accused of child molestation, TMZ reports.

FOX News journalist Megyn Kelly will conduct the interview and discuss the allegations made against Josh.

The interview will air on Wednesday, June 3, at 9 p.m. EST during FOX's "The Kelly File."

Additional portions of the interview which were filmed inside the Duggars' Arkansas home will air during a one-hour special on Friday, June 5, at 9 p.m. EST, says FOX News.

Jezebel reports that Michelle Duggar made the announcement about her family's FOX News sit-down on their blog on Saturday, May 30.

Michelle revealed the interview would address the pain that the Duggar family has experienced since the news broke out about the molestation allegations against Josh.

"Next week we will sit down with Megyn Kelly on Fox News to share our hearts with you about the pain that we walked through as a family twelve years ago, the tears we all shed and the forgiveness that was given," Michelle wrote.

"We appreciate the outpouring of love and prayers for our family at this time."

In Touch Weekly recently released a report that has since been deleted about the allegations made against Josh Duggar accusing him of molesting five young girls, some of whom were his sisters.

After the allegations hit the media, TLC released a statement announcing its decision to pull all of the "19 Kids and Counting" reruns from its TV lineup. The network has yet to announce whether it will continue airing the show next season.

FOX News reports Josh has since resigned from the Family Research Council and the Duggar family released an apologetic statement to People.

In the statement, Josh apologizes for his inexcusable actions and revealed that he has since gone through counseling to deal with his mistakes.

"My parents arranged for me and those affected by my actions to receive counseling. I understood that if I continued down this wrong road that I would end up ruining my life," Josh said.

His parents added that since the scandal, they have grown closer to God and taught Josh to do the same.

Finally, Josh's wife Anna admitted that he told her about the allegations prior to them getting married, but she made the decision to stick by his side.

Though the Duggar family has asked for forgiveness from the media and the public, several companies that once endorsed the "19 Kids and Counting" series have pulled their advertisements from TLC.

Those companies are Walgreens, Payless, Choice Hotels, Ace Hardware, Ricola, David's Bridal, Party City, Behr Paint and ConAgra Foods.
