Kanye West has his heart set on purchasing Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch as a gift to wife Kim Kardashian.

The 37-year-old "Jesus Walks" artist has reportedly visited the property several times over the years and is now eager for the chance to negotiate a sale price for the 2,400 acre estate both sides can live with.

Hollywood Life reports a source recently told the Daily Star magazine, "Kanye is desperate to own the Neverland, but he's not prepared to pay the price they want." The source added West is hoping to knock about $15 million off the $100 million market price.

The couple recently plunked down $20 million for a Hidden Hills abode, but with recent news of an upcoming addition to their family perhaps they can make use of the extra space.

During a recent episode of their "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality show, the 34-year-old Kim announced she is pregnant with the couple's second child. According to Hollywood Life, in the scene Kim shares the news with sister Khloe.

Kim tells her younger sister that her blood test came back and that she is pregnant. 

The couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary together and already have a soon-to-be 2-year-old daughter, North, together.

The news of the pregnancy comes after plenty of struggle for the couple, much of it playing out publicly. During another recent episode, Kim left her doctor's office frustrated that she had not yet gotten pregnant and could be seen mouthing the words, "I'm done." Later, a psychic told her she could not get pregnant again.

But now, all that must seem like ancient history.
