R&B star Rihanna was recently spotted hanging out with Real Madrid's Karim Benzema.

The two spent time in Coppelia, a popular all day-all night Cuban diner in New York City, E! Online reported.

The singer met with Benzema at the diner for a very early morning meal or a post late night bite on Tuesday, added E! Online. They were also seen partying at The Griffin nightclub.

The 27-year-old singer wore a plunging tank-top that shows a part of her tattoo and a big, comfortable-looking jacket. She matched her look with a slightly ripped, casual, denim jeans.

"Rihanna and Karim were seating across from each other. There were about four people at the table and a few more in another table from the same party," a source told E! Online.

"They came separately and they were speaking French at some point," the source added.

Photos of the the red-haired Grammy-winner leaving The Griffin nightclub and sharing a table with the 27-year-old soccer player can also be seen on Mirror's website.

Details about how the two met have been scarce but it appears they have been friends for quite some time now, based on their tweets.


The artist got a reply from the soccer player, immediately.

The "Diamonds" singer has also been linked with "The Wolf of Wall Street" actor Leonado DiCaprio recently. Is Leo out of the picture now? A source told Mirror that the two are not yet ready to commit, despite the attraction.  "He thinks she's incredibly hot. Like him, she's not looking for a relationship!" added the source.

It appears dating might be the last thing in Rihanna's mind. In an interview with V magazine, the R&B star described how busy she is.

"The past two years are the hardest I've ever worked. I've been working on two albums, an animated film, shooting for multiple magazines, designing for Puma and Stance, a new line of fragrances, a summer tour, I launched my first annual Diamond Ball at the end of last year, and I've also been developing several projects to be revealed in the near future," the "We Found Love" singer said.
