Joe Jonas and supermodel Gigi Hadid were spotted in Toronto together, and onlookers noticed that something seems to be going on between them.

The two appeared as if they were "a new high school couple," Entertainment Tonight reported, citing sources who saw Jonas and Hadid.

The Disney star and the gorgeous model were also seen having brunch at the SOHO House and spectators thought the 25-year-old actor was "very comfortable" with the 20-year-old stunner. Witnesses also described them as "very flirty," added Entertainment Tonight.

On Monday, another eyewitness saw the pair "very close to each other and holding hands" during a CFDA Awards after party, US Weekly informed.

But could they be dating?

Hadid recently broke up with singer Cody Simpson, while Jonas' relationship with model Blanda Eggenschwiler ended last year.

"Cody and Gigi want each other to be in a place right now that allows him to only focus on his music, fans, and new message, while she can focus and continue building her career. They love each other dearly and have split up in hopes that growing on their own paths will bring them together in the future," Hadid's representative confirmed in a statement. 

"They remain friends with no hard feelings and each other's biggest supporters," the statement ended.  

Who knows, Jonas could just be comforting Hadid since he has been friends with her for a long time.

The two even laugh off rumors linking them to each other.

There's also a chance that the model would reunite with Simpson, since they've had an on-again, off-again relationship in the past year.

Hadid appeared in Taylor Swift's recently released video "Bad Blood" and has been keeping herself busy as an in-demand model. Jonas, on the other hand, has been successful as a celebrity DJ. He has a gig in Montreal on June 5, and perhaps, Hadid will be there to support her friend.
