Criminal domestic abuse charges against "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans have been formally dismissed.

Just days after she surrendered and turned herself in, RadarOnline reports prosecutors moved to drop the charges against 23-year-old Evans after ex-fiancé and alleged attack victim Nathan Griffin began "cooperating to have charges dismissed."

Initially, Griffin told Myrtle Beach police Evans, a recovering drug addict, arrived unannounced at his home on May 27, smelling of alcohol and immediately attempted to choke him. The two have a 10-month-old son together.

According to RadarOnline, the incident marks the second time the two have publicly brawled this year. Shortly before yet another separation between the two back in March, Griffin was charged with physical assault following a scuffle at their home. Charges in that case were also later dropped.

A source close to Evans claims she is now only focused on getting her life back together.

"She is focusing on school," the source added. "She is focusing on graduating and the new season of 'Teen Mom 2' coming back on."

As for her relationship with Griffith, it is rumored the two no longer talk and only communicate at all for the sake of their young son, Kaiser.

"Jenelle is focused on being a good provider for Kaiser," the source added, predicting that she also plans on staying off of social media to remain focused on the things that are most important to her.

Evans attorney later told Us Weekly Griffin never wanted to press charges against his ex, but was pressured into doing so by investigators.

The reality TV star also has another son, 6-year-old Jace. She was pregnant with Jace when she was featured on "16 and Pregnant." He currently lives with Evans' mother, Barbara Evans.
