Kim Kardashian is backing up her fiancé Kanye West as he is now dealing with yet another alleged assault case in an attempt to defend her. Things got really ugly outside of a medical building in Beverly Hills when a kid who first was "protecting" Kim from the paparazzi turned on her. After he began to yell racist slurs at the photographers, Kim told him to stop and he went off on her.

TMZ reports that the man ended up calling Kim Kardashian a "n****r lover" after she entered the medical building and reprehended him for his words. Kim has revealed today that she's filling a police report and wants him prosecuted because he also threatened her with death. Sources say that after him and the Kardashian heiress got into it, he yelled, "I will kill you, slut," which Kim believes is a crime.

But the story gets even wilder when North West's momma called her fiancé and baby daddy, Kanye, in the middle of it all. Kanye, who showed up at the scene immediately, confronted the man, who shamelessly began calling him a "n****r" too. That was enough for Mr. West's temper to explode as he allegedly punched the guy. Now the rapper is being investigated for criminal battery.

TMZ has confirmed that Kim has already met with her lawyer and they have decided to "mount a counterattack" by filing, the police report. It seems like she is both spooked at the threats of the man and now the case against Kanye. This is nothing but bad news for the hot headed rapper, who already is facing battery charges for his LAX assault on a photographer.

Interesting how a visit to the doctors turned out for the reality star. Sadly this world is still full of ignorance and crazy people.
