'TiK ToK' Singer Kesha Selling Venice Home for $1.85 Million
Singer-songwriter Kesha, known for her songs "TiK ToK" and "Your Love is My Drug," is parting with her Venice home.
The 28-year old music artist has listed her 1,616-square-foot home for almost $1.85 million, less than a year after she purchased it, Los Angeles Times reported
The Spanish-inspired property includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arbor covered spa, an outdoor fireplace, dining and living rooms, a modern kitchen and a breakfast area. It also showcases a garage converted into a study room.
Architectural details of the home includes coved ceilings, interior archways and rustic wood flooring.
Classic 1920s home
Based on the photos of the charming Venice home, which are available on Curbed and Variety, the property exudes simplicity and elegance. It has a quaint-looking appeal from the outside but showcases modern and sleek features from the inside. The hanging plants adorning the front of the home makes it inviting and vibrant at the same time. The classy residence also shows a predominantly white motif that projects a chic but immaculate ambiance. The spanning glass panels contribute to the bright and airy atmosphere of the home. The walls and ceilings inside, which are painted in pristine white, project an image of a bigger and taller home.
The home also has black and white flooring in geometric patterns. The kitchen shows an updated cooking area with sleek marble-lined counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a comfortable-looking home office that has built-in shelves.

Kesha's comeback delayed?
The singer kept away from the limelight in 2014, possibly due to legal problems involving her record producer, Dr. Luke. She had to face a lot of challenges in her life and it seems making new music took the back seat.
But in January, she told Yahoo Style that she's been working on new music projects.
"I have a lot of new music, but it's so all over the place. Some of it's weird country, about... can I curse? Well, it's about stuff. Then I have love songs. So it's all over the place and I'm still kind of compiling my record."
Even if Kesha has graced several events recently, it is still unknown when she will finally finish her new album. Fans can only wait and see.
