"X Factor" showrunner Simon Cowell promised singer Rita Ora an unlimited wardrobe, use of his private jet and a £1.5 million (roughly $2.3 million U.S.) contract to lure her away from "The Voice," reports the Daily Mail.

Cowell chose the 24-year-old singer to replace Mel B and Louis Walsh. Ora will join Cowell, former Girls Aloud star Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw on the judge's panel.

The "Poison" singer told The Sun that her meeting with Cowell to negotiate the terms of her contract took place at midnight due to their hectic schedules.

"We had to fly out to Los Angles to finish my album the next day and he was working on Britain's Got Talent at the time," she explained. "I had a lot of questions and he did, too. But it just fit into place perfectly. And the time commitment worked perfectly for me."

The "Poison" singer leaves the rival BBC show "The Voice" where she acted as a judge alongside Will.i.am, Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson since January 2015. She had created controversy on the show with her cleavage, which she was eventually banned from showing.

In April, Cowell told the Daily Star he thought Ora "was very good" on "The Voice," and he intended to lure her away from the rival show.

"When it comes to asking her over, you know, it's fair game," he said.

The Kosovo-born singer got to know fellow "X Factor" judge Fernandez-Versini better on Thursday evening at Cowell's private dinner party held at his West London home, reports Daily Mail.

Ora told The Sun's Dan Wootton that she is looking forward to working with the singer and L'Oréal Paris spokeswoman, revealing that there will be no rivalry between them.

"That's not something I'm focused on," Ora said. "I think that will be looked at differently now. You see female popstars supporting each other more."

The "Hot Right Now" singer has been working on promoting her new single, "Poison," which is being released on June 28.

She is also dating Ricky Hilfiger, fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger's son.
