The founder of Maybach Music Group and rapper Rick Ross, who is accused of assaulting two workers at his home last month, was granted bond on Wednesday after striking a unique deal with a Fayette County judge.

Ross, whose real name is William Roberts, put up his $5 million mansion so that he could bond out of jail, reports Channel 2 Action News. He agreed to forfeit ownership of the 235-acre estate if he violates the conditions of his bond, such as obstructing justice or intimidating a witness.

Ross, 39, was arrested on June 24 by U.S. Marshals after allegedly assaulting two workers who threw a birthday party at his estate without his permission, according to Channel 2.

The incident occurred on June 4 when Ross and his 42-year-old bodyguard, Nadrian James, allegedly held the two workers against their will inside the guest house and assaulted them. The "Hustlin'" rapper is accused of pistol whipping one man with a Glock handgun. The man suffered serious injuries, including a neck injury and two chipped teeth.

"The victim lost use of his jaw and is restricted to soft foods and liquid diet only as a result of not being able to chew food," the arrest warrants state.

Ross and James were both charged with kidnapping and aggravated battery. Ross was also charged with aggravated assault. The men were booked into the Fayetteville county jail. James remains in jail until Aug. 13 pending a hearing.

It isn't "The Boss" rapper's only brush with the law. Two weeks ago, Ross was arrested for five "marijuana cigarettes" found in his possession during a routine traffic stop in Fayette County.

Ross also faces a May 23 lawsuit filed by rapper 50 Cent that claims Ross posted a sex tape online of Lastonia Leviston, a former girlfriend of Ross who has a child with him, which 50 streamed from his website. Leviston has sued 50 Cent for promoting the private sex tape on his website, which was viewed by thousands, claiming to have suffered emotional distress.
