The Osbournes will not receive an invitation to the Hill household anytime soon.

During a pre-Grammy party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Sharon and Kelly Osbourne got into it with Jordan Feldstein, The Wolf of Wall Street actor Jonah Hill's older brother and music manager. According to an E! News source, the battle started when Kelly, Sharon's daughter, became angry with Feldstein. 

"There was a lot a finger pointing," the source, described as an "eyewitness," said.

Next, things got heated at the party, which was hosted by The Recording Academy and Clive Davis.

Kelly, a Fashion Police host, walked away in a fury but Sharon, a protective and outspoken mother, came to defend her 29-year-old daughter.

"And the arguing continued," the source recalled. "They were going back and forth, and then all of sudden, food was flipped onto Jordan. He got up to walk away, and then Sharon threw a glass of water at him."

It has not been determined what exactly the fight was about. Sara Bareilles, who Daily Mail reports is another client of Feldstein's, might have the inside scoop as she was reportedly sitting at the table during the incident. Kelly might have also been on edge after a long day of work.

"been standing in 7 inch heels since 11am almost a full 12 hours I don't think I will be able to walk tomorrow its soooo good to sit down!" she said early this morning via Twitter.

According to another E! News source, however, the Osbournes have had a rocky relationship with Feldstein for a while.

Feldstein is known for managing popular artists like Maroon 5. He is also the CEO of Career Artists Management Founder. Back in November, he made headlines after marrying Francesca Eastwood, Clint Eastwood's 20-year-old daughter. Feldstein is reportedly 36-years-old. The marriage was annulled the following week.
