Theresa Russell, the actress who portrayed the wife of The Sandman in "Spider-Man 3," has officially sold her Beverly Crest property.

After it was leased for $16,000 a month for a few years, the luxury home in California finally changed hands for $3.45 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The agents who brokered the sale of the L.A. property were Kathy Marshall and Delphine Mann of Coldwell Banker.

The former residence of the actress, who had her film debut in "The Last Tycoon" opposite Academy award-winning actors Robert De Niro and Jack Nicholson, features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The 4,138-square-foot house in the posh neighborhood has an impressive living room, a terrace, an extra room and an office. The interiors of the "stacked-stone-and-stucco house" exude elegance from its double-door entry and large glass panels that create a naturally-lit room.

The old private Midcentury Modern dwelling also boasts sweeping views of the ocean, courtesy of its wrap-around deck.

Outdoors, the gated abode, which was constructed just before the 1950s, is highlighted by a swimming pool.

Russell has appeared in a number of movies and TV shows. She became part of Empire Magazine's "100 sexiest stars in film history."

The actress married director Nicolas Roeg and the two collaborated on a number of controversial movies that didn't really do well in the box office. 

"You hope people are going to go see them. But I probably knew more than Nic that it wasn't going to be a huge blockbuster. [Laughs.] He was always so shocked whenever that occurred. I was like, "Really? You're shocked? There's nothing to be shocked about. Look at the work people go to see-they're all idiotic. What are you talking about?" You could say they go into the vault to age. [Laughs.] People will understand them eventually," Russell told The A.V. Club. 

The couple had two children but eventually divorced.
