The United States and Haiti will face off in their second matchups of the CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The Americans enter the game leading the Group with three points.

The team managed a 2-1 win over Honduras in its opener thanks to two goals from Clint Dempsey. However, as important as the three points were, no one is overlooking the fact that this team, with all of its talent, was rather poor in the effort.

The backline, which featured Timothy Chandler, John Brooks, Ventura Alvarado and Fabian Johnson was creaky at best, giving Honduras ample opportunity to put away chances.

Michael Bradley, who was a major part of the team's big wins over the Netherlands and Germany did not enjoy his finest performance. Bradley, who was put in the hole behind the two forwards found himself rather lacking in space and thus unable to really make as big an impact as is often expected. Coach Jurgen Klinsmann's decision to go with a diamond formation in the midfield, also ensured that the team would be without the ball for most of the game.

Haiti had a favorable result in its opening game -- a 1-1 draw with Panama. The team actually fell behind in the 55th minute and seemed destined for defeat before coming up with a huge late tally in the 85 minute through Duckens Nazon. Another draw against the U.S. could put the team in a position to win a top three-spot, possibly even second place depending on how Panama and Honduras match up.

Haiti actually holds a strong record against the U.S., winning nine games, losing six and drawing six. Of course the team has not beaten the U.S. since 1973. Since then, the U.S. has a record of two wins and five draws, including a 2-2 tie in the CONCACAF back in 2009.

Prediction: The U.S. puts up a dominant showing, destroying Haiti 5-0.

The game starts at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. All games can be viewed via Fox Soccer 2Go's subscription and live streaming.
