Sons of Anarchy Season 7 Premiere: Final Season Has Plenty of Problems for Jax, Gemma
Going into the final season of Sons of Anarchy, a lot of the series stars are either dead or in jail. The Tellers are a big, hot mess. Gemma Teller is an enraged murder. Tara Knowles-Teller was a successful, clean-cut doctor before she got involved with SAMCRO president Jax. Speaking of Jax, he's probably headed to jail, albeit temporarily, for the murder of his wife.
What other bloody resolutions can SoA fans look forward to? Could the Chinese mafia retaliate for the deadly attack on their troops last season? Will series creator Kurt Sutter get the Parents Television Council up in arms again with another shocking scene, like last season's school shooting premiere episode? Perhaps Jax will reconnect with his ex-wife Wendy. Anything can happen! However, fans have so many questions yet so little answers.
Now that Jax's "true north" has been removed, will he go completely off the rails? Is it possible that Juice Ortiz will rat on Gemma? If you don't remember, Juice found Gemma lording over Tara's lifeless body. She was about to get nabbed by Charming Police Department's Lt. Roosevelt when Juice shot him dead. He also got rid of key evidence that linked Gemma with Tara's murder. Series creator Kurt Sutter has something to say about Juice and Gemma's relationship per the International Business Times.
"I don't think it was a calculated move on Juice's part [to save Gemma]; in the moment he did what was expected of him ... But now the great thing is that we get this rich dynamic between the two of them. They were tied with the whole Clay of it all and now they're deeply tied with this secret ... Now we have really something fun to play with,' said Sutter.
Where things get interesting is if Jax finds out about Gemma's guilt. Will he kill her in a bloody rage, or will the love for his mother outweigh her murderous ways? Getting away with his mothers murder would be tough as all eyes will be on SAMCRO.
