After facing the Pyrenees challenge over the past three days, the peloton will face an up-and-down course in Stage 13 of the 2015 Tour de France on Friday.

The riders will travel in a 198.5-kilometer course from Muret to Rodez. Unlike the past three stages, there will be no Hors Category climb or even Category 1 and 2 climbs, but that does not mean the peloton will have a smooth ride in the 13th stage of the 2015 Le Tour.

There will be climbs for the majority of the race, including a Category 3 climb at Cote de Saint-Cirgue and two Category 4 climbs at Cote de la Pomparie and Cote de la Selve. There will also be unrated climbs, including near the finish line at La Primaube.

The course on Friday will give attackers a perfect chance to move closer to Chris Froome of Team Sky, who is still comfortably ahead in general classification.

Froome, who is two minutes and 52 seconds ahead of second-running Tejay van Garderen, knows he cannot relax because his competitors will go all out on Friday to decrease his lead.

"I'm a bit more concerned about Nairo Quintana because from the attackers he's the closest to me on GC," Froome said via the Tour de France official website. "We haven't seen Alberto Contador's explosive attacks yet but maybe it'll happen in the Alps. But I pay the same respect to all the guys who are three or four minutes down on GC."
