In "Teen Mom 2" Episode 3, Kailyn Lowry doesn't know if her marriage to Javi Marroquin can survive his mistrust.

The couple has seen a therapist to discuss trust issues, but there has been no progress made. Kailyn has no patience for his meddling. He asks her why she locks her phone. She tells him because he has snooped through her computer and cell phone. It is none of his business who she is speaking to, she says.

Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith argue when he makes them late for her appointment with her attorney to discuss Jace's custody and then refuses to go.

In a sneak peek video for the upcoming "Teen Mom 2" episode, Jenelle and baby are in the car waiting for Nathan. Once Nathan gets in the car, Jenelle tells him that her day is already ruined because she is going to be late for the lawyer's appointment.

"I'm staying home," he says, and gets out of the car as she asks, "Are you serious?"

He walks toward the house.

"Oh, my God! Here we go again, dude," she says, parking the car in the driveway. "I am so sick of this."

She takes the baby out of the back seat, goes inside the house and sets the baby in the foyer.

In the next scene, cameras roll as the two argue inside the house. Nathan walks away from her and starts upstairs. Jenelle follows, saying that she's begging for his support in her custody battle for Jace.

"I'm done. No!" He goes into the bedroom and closes the door. "He's not my problem."

"First you are going to step up for Jace like you are his father figure and now you're going to say he's not even your problem?"

"We are done, Jenelle. You are a bitch," Nathan yells.

They are not the only "Teen Mom 2" couple whose relationship is falling apart. Leah Messer and husband Jeremy Calvert will soon be officially divorced. Us Weekly reports the mother-of-three completed her recent stint in rehab for stress and depression. There were rumors of drug abuse, but in the last episode of "Teen Mom 2," after her ex-husband, Corey Simms, demanded that she take a drug test to keep custody of their twin 5-year-old daughters, Leah passed the drug test. She's reportedly only taking medication prescribed by her doctor.

It was a small victory for Leah. She has worked hard to stabilize her life, but now must face the emotional pain of a second divorce.

It doesn't help that Jeremy attended the "Teen Mom 2" reunion taping over the weekend with new girlfriend, Brooke Wehr. Ashley's Reality Roundup reports that Corey posted a photo with Jeremy and Brooke in West Hollywood with the caption "#LifeAfterLeah."

"Teen Mom 2" Season 6 Episode 3 airs Thursday, July 23 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
