Kesha Eating Disorder Rehab News: Fans Blame Music Producer For Her Troubles, Threaten Him with Death on Twitter
Ke$ha's music producer Dr. Luke is in some serious danger according to LAPD. Kesha is currently in a rehab facility receiving treatment for an eating disorder. The star developed the disorder after being put under pressure to loose weight by people on her own team.
"Luke told her she looks like a f**king refrigerator," a friend of Kesha's told TMZ. She is referring to her music producer Dr. Luke, who allegedly taunted Kesha often about her weight. Hollywood "fit" is completely different from the definition of thin in the real world. These women are constantly in the camera's eye and their own management team expects them to stay relevant. But Dr. Luke is probably eating his words today as Kesha fans are threatening him with death via Twitter.
The vengeful tweets began after TMZ published the story that Kesha had checked herself into rehab. LAPD's Threat Management Unit filed legal documents asking for search warrants to find and investigate the twitter users who are threatening Luke's life. A user by the twitter name of "28 Days Ke$ha" posted a photo of Luke's address with the tweet: "I'm gut you like a fish then skin you and glue ur wrinkly raisin skin to a fridge!" The user also tweeted: "Fat bastard @TheDoctorLuke you should be scared. I know where yu live & I will MURDER U. I'm harassing ur ugly a** secretary." The police are taking the threats very seriously since this user knows the producer's address.
Other tweets from other Kesha fans aren't any less alarming. "I'm gonna slit your F**KIN throat open then gouge your eyeballs out," another person said. Someone else even provide a time frame in which he/she will be hurting Dr. Luke tweeting "You need to be worried because IMA slit your throat before January is over." Whether or not these people are serious is not clear, but the LAPD is not taking any risks. We wish Kesha the best in her recovery but hope that her fans do not put themselves into any regrettable situations. Hey... you never know.
