T-Mobile is continuing to announce more customer-friendly policies. Tuesday, the company confirmed that customers will be able to purchase an iPhone for $15 a month now and receive the same pricing when the next iPhone is released in the fall, according to CNET.

This is the latest program tweak that T-Mobile has made in order to convince customers to switch over to them. T-Mobile has participated in the "Uncarrier Amped" campaign which has created new features and programs to its wireless service offerings. T-Mobile is feeling the pressure from other wireless carriers who are also making changes to their services.

Recently, T-Mobile has made several changes to its plans and features. The company started with a new upgrade policy that will allow customers to upgrade their smartphones up to three times per year, if they choose to. Then, T-Mobile introduced a plan that would allow customers to make calls to and from Canada and Mexico without incurring long distance or roaming charges. Finally, T-Mobile upped their family plans to include more data for each family member.

The phone upgrade feature is called Jump on Demand and it allows customers to lease a phone for a monthly price. T-Mobile then introduced a promotional price of $15 per month for customers purchasing the iPhone, which is cheaper than Sprint's $20 monthly price for leasing phones. Sprint's CEO Marcelo Claure criticized T-Mobile for increasing the leasing rate for customers when they upgrade to a new phone.

T-Mobile decided to lock in the $15 price for any customer that purchases the current iPhone by Labor Day. The monthly price will not increase when they upgrade to the latest iPhone later this fall.

"We're in the time of year when customers are on the fence about buying a new phone -- for fear that it'll be a generation old in just a few months," T-Mobile CEO John Legere said in a blog. "We're eliminating that worry completely for iPhone lovers."

Legere said it will be simple to upgrade to the newest iPhone when it is released, according to The Verge.

"Everyone who already got an iPhone 6 for $15 per month automatically gets this deal. You don't have to do a thing, except come get your new one whenever you want later this year," Legere said.

T-Mobile is also allowing Apple customers to stream Apple Music on their Music Freedom Program without using any data from their data plan.
