It looks like Mystique and Beast are getting quite serious with their relationship off screen as JLaw and Nicholas Hoult reportedly got engaged over the holiday season, reports Classicalite.

Quoting OK! Magazine, the report says that Hoult allegedly popped the question during Christmas season. Moreover, the proposal took place at Jennifer Lawrence's home and in front of the whole family.

"All the family had gathered in the living room, enjoying the night before Christmas when Nick asked for everyone's attention and began giving a speech to Jennifer. He stood up and took her hand, helping her to stand up as well. When she was on her feet, he knelt down and pulled the ring out of his pocket and asked her to marry him," OK! Magazine's insider shared.

Needless to say, Mystique was clearly smitten by Beast - even going as far as screaming, "Yes, I'll marry you!" as a response to the question. OK! Magazine's insider also claimed that JLaw could not help being emotional. "She immediately started crying," said the insider.

The two reportedly began dating after getting acquainted on the set of 'X-Men: First Class' in 2011, reports the Daily Mail. The couple had a fairly steady dating relationship for 2 years before finally calling it quits in 2013.

Fashion & Style claims that Mystique and Beast got back together during another 'X-Men' movie shoot in Montreal, Canada. In fact, the couple was spotted sharing a kiss in front of cameras at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards when JLaw was announced Best Supporting Actress for her 'American Hustle' role, notes the Daily Mail.

According to independent.ie, the actress counts on Hoult whenever she is nervous. "Of all the people she has around her, he's the only one who isn't a yes person. He's straight up with her. She needs someone like that, especially now that her life is a whirlwind of Hollywood madness," a source said.

Well, it seems that JLaw is looking forward to having Nick by her side for quite a long time as the actress was reportedly seen wearing a sparkling ring at the 20th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards last January 18, says SheKnows.
