It was just as recent as last week when the lead stars of Fifty Shades of Grey were spotted doing a jogging scene in Vancouver. However, new reports are emerging that Jamie Dornan may have to stop filming as Christian Grey as he is needed to be in Belfast this month.

Metro reports that the actor is expected to start filming The Fall in Belfast. According to the project's executive producer, they have been in talks with the actor for the past nine months about the role. Gub Neal, the producer, adds that they start filming as January ends and as February starts. Nothing has changed with the schedule so far and the shoot will last for 16 weeks.

IBTimes mentioned in their article that The Fall is set to run for a total of four months and is made up of six episodes for its second series. Former X-Files star Gillian Anderson will be Jamie Dornan's co-star in the series. Another actor of the series, Emmet Scanlan, posted in his Twitter account about the time of when the cast will start shooting. He is to play the character of Glen Martin.

Gillian Anderson, on the other hand, will fit in the character of DSI Stella Gibson for the BBC series. It can be thrilling for Jamie Dornan's fans though to discover that the former model will play the role of a killer. It is reported that it was not just due to the busy commitments of Dornan that the show's shoot has been delayed but also due to Gillian's other television projects too such as the Hannibal.

Jamie Dornan has garnered a lot of fans when he was chosen to replace Charlie Hunnam as the original choice for the Christian Grey role. The erotic film adaptation is set to be released on V-Day of 2015.
