Rumors about Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been swirling around despite the two's attempts to keep their relationship a secret from the press and the public However, here are the three strongest pieces of evidence that prove the stars are truly a dating couple.  

The two were first seen in August attending an "Apollo in the Hamptons" benefit part hosted by Ron Perelman. Together with their celebrity friends, they enjoyed the bash with live performances from Pharell and Lenny Kravitz.

But as soon as Robin Thicke took the stage, Foxx and Holmes jumped on the dance floor. She even took his arm and made their way through the crowd and danced alongside Ellen De Generes and former Secretary of State Collin Powell.

Okay, let's give the two the benefit of the doubt and say they attended the party and danced "as friends".

But, in the following month, the two were reportedly seen together again but this time, in a more intimate setting. During mid-September of last year, Foxx was staying at the Trump Soho Hotel.

According to a limousine driver who was assigned to fetch the actor, when he pulled up at the hotel, he was surprised to see Holmes enter the car instead of Foxx. He then drove her home to her Chelsea apartment in New York.

This was confirmed by a hotel employee who said the actress had stayed with "Django" at the hotel and took his car.  

A girl going to a party with a guy is a bit easy to pass off as a friend-zone date but staying in the same hotel room as him and taking his car is a completely different story.

The last evidence is sort of a two-in-one bonus deal since the report mentions two different occassions. In January of this year, a source told Page Six, "Katie flew private to California to stay with Jamie at his home around Grammys." The source added, "Foxx's beautiful daughter Corinne was his date for the Grammys. But he and Holmes also spent time together during Super Bowl weekend, although they attended the game separately."

So there you have it. Three signs that point to Holmes' and Foxx's dating relationship. We'll just have to wait until one or both of them crack and confirm what everyone is thinking.
