Chicago Bulls All-Star center Joakim Noah may be unloading his Lincoln Park mansion really soon.
Noah found a buyer for his three-story Chicago property he listed just three weeks ago, Curbed Chicago reported.
The New York-born athlete offered his seven-bedroom home on the market for $3.15 million in July, Curbed Chicago announced.
The outlet stated that the 30-year-old acquired this estate in July of last year for $2.85 million. He could derive a profit of $300,000, which roughly translates to an additional 10.5 percent earnings against investment.
Reason for leaving
The NBA player commissioned realtor Emily Sachs Wong as his listing agent and she shared that Noah considered parting with his property because he feels "proximity to work is a priority," as informed by Chicago Tribune.
The 6-foot-11 center may be looking to find another abode at Bulls' new practice and training facility in the city, which could help him focus on the task at hand in seasons to come.
Lincoln Park mansion features
The 7,500-square-foot mansion built in 2009 is said to be in "one of Chicago's most sought after neighborhoods," according to its listing on the website, @properties. The property is further described in the listing further as a "spectacular home on an extra-deep lot."
The propery has five and a half bathrooms, a great room, a family room, a gym, a wet bar, an attached garage and a roof top deck.
Based on its listing history on Redfin, it has other remarkable amenities like a balcony and a patio. Its master suite alone comes with an enviable master bath with a whirlpool, steam shower, double sink, bidet, full-body spray shower and a bath tub. The whole property has an elevator to service all three levels.
There were also appliances that are included in the deal like a double oven, a range with oven feature, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a high end refrigerator, a bar refrigerator, a freezer, a washer, a dryer, a wine cooler and other stainless steel kitchen appliances, noted the real estate site.
